When it comes to rental cars and limousine hire in Bali, - 'you get what you pay for . Don't go booking your cars through small uninsured establishments! . Use a quality service with quality cars. We recommend all our customers to take later model cars and full insurance coverage. Please note that it is very difficult to get good vehicles during peak season and many agencies will try and bump up the price, if they know the vehicles are in high demand. Please book through us well in advance to make sure you secure yourself a vehice and at discount rates.

Overnight cost is the charged imposed for the use of the chauffeur service in town for minimum of 10 (ten) hours and above 11.00 p.m. While on the trip, trip charge, which shall be paid by the Renter if using the chauffeur service for an out of town trip, which tariff will be accordance with the price list to be attached to the Rental Agreement. (Overnight charge while chauffeur out of town, the Renter should be charge imposed for the use of the chauffeur services for an out of town trip if the chauffeur stay overnight during journey.

Conditions
I. In General
This rental terms and terms condition cover the rules and procedures of rental which will be bidding at the time of signature of the short term or long term car rental agreement and shall form an inseparable part of the short term car rental agreement.

II. Booking Charge Condition
Each reservation must be indicating the type of vehicle, tour code of the program requested. To handle your reservation more efficiently please also provide detailed information such as your hotel, how many people of you, full name, etc.

III. Land/Fleet Transportation
All transportation used will be clean and very comfortable for couples or even for the family. We have 19 units of top class vehicle with type of fleet as if Carens 1.800 cc and Carnival 2900 cc. Based on comfortable for renters mostly for one unit car has 6 seats available, so we can allocated a maximum for 6 people included the driver. 

IV. Car Rental Charge
For the rental charges paid by the renter to us in accordance with the use of the vehicle consist of:
Rental charge. The car rental charge is according to rental period/time, destination and service (please see our rental tariff).
Charge for rental extension. The charge arising out of the extension of rental as of the dates of expiration of the preceding rental period.
Other charges.
Additional hour. Excessive usage charge, which is calculated per hour with the chauffeur.
Expedition service. We will not charge for the delivery vehicle with our chauffeur. Except if you want to prepare our vehicle with chauffeur at specific location of course surcharge will applicable for the renter's based on our price list and condition.
Reimbursement Policy. The reimbursement charge will arise due to the payment as such of entrance fees, parking charge and fuel oil particularly for Renter with our exclusive chauffeur.

V. Refunds
After commencement of Renting, transfer or other relevant service, no refund can be made in full or in part, in which are included in our service but not utilized by the Renters for any reason whatsoever.

VI. Rental Deposit
The rental deposit may be in the form of blank draft credit card duly signed by the Renter or in cash basis in the amount equivalent to the time of the rental or a maximum amount of Rp. 400.000,-. The Rental deposit will be used if there are additional rental, deductible charges and other charges arising from the rental. If there are no other charges of rental, deposit will return within period of no later than 7 (seven) days after the return of the car. The rental deposit is applicable for te renter as well as with chauffeur.

VII. Renters shall be allowed for self drive rental
The renters shall be allowed to self-drive. The others service and term will be adjusted with the situation and condition of respective management.

VIII. Rental with Chauffeur
The renters are prohibited to drive the rented car personally if the car rental is with a chauffeur. For every excess of the chauffeur's service used, the renters will be imposed a surcharge per hour as stated in the price list (which will be attached in due course or at the time of signing of the Rental agreement). The renter shall sign the chauffeur's working schedule at the beginning and at the end of service.

IX. Replacement Car
If damage of the car occurs, the Renter is obliged to report the damage to us, and our company will provide a replacement car to the Renter. The replacement car shall be of the same class with the car replaced or one grade higher. In the event that we will offer compensation to the Renter, the calculation of which will be done at our office.

X. Rental Period
The rental period commences from the time stated in the agreement. Particularly for rental with chauffeur, the rental period commences at the time the chauffeur and the rented car arrives at the places agreed upon by the Renter and us, and start service in accordance with the commencement time of the rental as stated in the Rental Agreement. The rental period expires at the time the rented car is returned to us in accordance with the rental ending period as stated in the agreement.
Particularly for the rental with chauffeur, the rental period terminates in accordance with the rental expiration period stated in the agreement and signing of the chauffeur as working schedule.

XI. Check List Condition of Car
Checklist is a valid evidence of hand over of the joint inspection result by the Renter and us. The inspection and signing should be done at the time the car will be handled over to the Renter (Checklist out) and the time that rented car is returned to us (Checklist In). If there is a discrepancy, we will make statement of event, which stipulates the difference of the condition and signed by the Renter and us. This statement will subsequently be used as the basis for the implement of the deduction/own risk charge.

XII. Goods Left in The Rented Car
We shall not be responsible for losses of damages to the goods owned by the Renter, which are left in the car during the rental period, either for self-drives rental or rental with chauffeur. Particularly for rental with chauffeur, the Renter will be prohibited to leave valuable things in the car when not using the car and or not entrusted valuable things to the chauffeur.

XIII. Insurance Cover
All cars rented out to the Renters are already insured by SAR against Total Loss Only, Fire and Theft and Third Party Liability with provision that in case of rental without chauffeur or self drive. The document required for processing the insurance claim is The Police report/The chauffeur driving license and residential identity card.
The third party liability that will be borne is maximum US$10.000 for death or permanent disablement. US$1.000 is for medical expenses. Insurance will not be given if the rental violates the rental provision.

XIV. Fuel Oil or Gasoline
Every rented car either with or without chauffeur/self drive will be handed over to the Renter with a full tank or full oil and after the expiration of the rental period the Renter shall also be obliged to return the car to us with full tank/fuel oil (Full to full). Particularly, for rental with chauffeur, if the Renter chooses a certain packages then the responsibility for the fill in of fuel oil/gasoline rest with us until the expiration of renting period.

XV. Responsibility and Liability
We will do it's utmost to provide all reservation and bookings, but since we only act as a rent car service provider, we finalizes all arrangement upon the expressed condition that it shall not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay or change of schedule for delivery of vehicle or any irregularity which might occur beyond our control and reserve the right to alter itineraries with or without prior notice if such caused occur as it only for the convenience of the Renter and safety of fleet operation & service.
