It has taken too long to reply to your note of February 24^th.  As I mentioned to you when we met at the airport on Feb. 12^th, feedback from our Residents at that time was very positive.  Upon completing our voyage through your great country Indonesia, the final result from our Residents was absolutely great.  They loved their time there and our success in this voyage is due largely to you and your team at Bali Prestige Tours and Travel Specialists.  Rather than you thank us, we should be thanking you.

In addition, the Residents of The World, our Crew and Management Team are grateful for the special recognition dinner at the Governor Building.   It was sincerely appreciated.

Dear Elly:

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  You and your team did an exemplary job handling the five ports of Komodo, Pare Pare, Lombok, Bali and Semerang during The World’s visit to Indonesia from 06 – 18 February, 2010.

I was very impressed with your ability to create customized programs and travel experiences that brought the ‘Destination Alive’ for our Residents and Guests.  Communication levels were frequent and efficient.  You managed to anticipate our needs at every turn and were always there to answer the numerous queries.    Additionally the organization of last minute private car and van arrangements went without a hitch. Finding private cars in Pare Pare was nothing short of miraculous!  Having you on board was a pleasure and you handled the bombardment of queries calmly.  Shore side operations were equally well received and transportation was always clean, on time and ready to go.   And we have received super comments on the guides.

We are not an easy product to deal with and you handled us flawlessly.  It was a pleasure doing business with you and I would be happy to vouch for your company if you ever needed a recommendation.
