I have been so busy but also wanted to thank you too for your excellent organisation of our brief visit to Bitung!
I was very impressed with all the coaches being lined up, labelled and the guides ready to welcome guests onto the coaches and taking their tickets. I know it is very basic but you would be surprised the places we visit where the coaches are late or the guides have disappeared only to find them later chatting to their colleagues some place else!
The feedback from the guests has been very good indeed. The guides were all a delight and the friendly locals and children made many of the guests have a wonderful time ashore by feeling so very welcomed.
